Why is Ncaa football always are year late in detail and gameplay then Madden?

Every single every Ncaa football and Madden come out and they are both in the same company EA Sports and ncaa football gets maddens old features and madden gets new features. It is stupid because ncaa football they are pretty much ripping off people and they can get away with it because their is only one ncaa football game. Ncaa football 10 is trash compared to Madden 10. Madden 10 has all new fan base atmospheres and team presentations and refs. and Ncaa football 10 has none of that. Next year Ncaa football 11 will have all the features of madden 10 and madden 11 will have more additional features. Why is this happening? They needto work together because the Ncaa football producers f-uped Ncaa football 10 and now they are goning to lose many of buyers and madden is getting almost all the buyers now.
